When I saw the commercial for Omega XL, I decided to start taking it. I noticed right away that I was able to breathe a lot better. My sinuses felt a lot clearer and I was not as stiff as I used to be when I woke up in the mornings. I have been feeling a lot better, not only joint and pain wise, but also with my asthma. My name is Evelyn G. from Brewton, AL. I purchased Omega XL for myself and my daughter, Stevie Jo on January 10, 2006. I received it a few days later and my daughter and I began taking it on January 17, 2006. We both began the first few days taking 4 capsules a day and noticed results right away. I was taking the Omega XL mainly for my back and hip pain. The pain was so difficult at times that I was unable to get out of bed easily or I would need to sit on a stool when I would be standing at my kitchen sink. I have had improvements that I able to move around and stand longer with less pain but even if the products hadn’t worked for me I very happy what it’s doing for my daughter. Stevie Jo has dealt with very bad asthma and allergies many years now to the extent that even laughter would cause a small tickle in her throat and lungs and would throw her into an asthma fit. My daughter is now taking only 2 capsules a day and she no longer has the wheezing that she had before from everyday activities and has reduced her coughing. She is able to get outside without the worry of her allergy problems turning into an asthma problem. She’s hoping with continues use she may eventually be able to discontinue taking the products like Cingulair for her asthma. This product has changed our lives and I actually have recommended it to friends and neighbors.
