The CCPA provides California residents with certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right (i) that we disclose to you the categories of personal information we collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request for information, the categories of sources for that personal information, our business purpose for collecting that personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information, (ii) that we disclose to you the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you in the 12 months preceding your request for information, and (iii) that, upon your request, we delete your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (for example, if the information is necessary to complete a transaction or to comply with a legal obligation).

Further, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights: we will not deny you our goods, charge you a different price for our goods, or provide you a different level or quality of goods if you exercise any of your CCPA rights.

You may only make a request for disclosure or deletion of or access to your personal information twice within a rolling 12-month period. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
