Great HealthWorks is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase of OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport. However, should you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport that you purchased directly from Great HealthWorks within 60 days after your initial purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.

Eligibility

This 60-day money back guarantee applies to OmegaXL and OmegaXL Sport purchased directly from Great HealthWorks. Promotional or free products that may have been included with any purchase are not eligible for refund.

Returns of eligible OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport are limited to the following number of bottles:

  • up to a maximum of six (6) bottles of OmegaXL 60-count, or
  • up to a maximum of two (2) bottles of OmegaXL 120-count, or
  • up to a maximum of one (1) bottle of OmegaXL 300-count, or
  • up to a maximum of three (3) bottles of OmegaXL Sport 60-count.

To be eligible for a refund under this money back guarantee, you must be a new customer, must be a consumer (not a distributor or reseller), must be located in the United States or Canada, and must have purchased your OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport directly from Great HealthWorks by phone or on this website (not a retailer, third-party marketplace, or other third party). Only OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport purchased during the first 60 days after your initial purchase date is eligible for a refund.

If your purchase of OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport came with any free or promotional products (including as part of, for example, any Buy One Get One special offer), then you must return all those free or promotional products in one package together with the OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport you are returning.

Return Process for Eligible Purchases

If your purchase of OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport is eligible for a refund under this 60-day money back guarantee, please follow the following return process to return your eligible products and receive your refund:

  1. If you are an auto-ship customer: First, cancel your auto-ship subscription within 60 days after the date of your first purchase on our auto-ship program.Second, return to us the OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport (including all empty, partially used, and/or unopened bottles) no later than 30 days after the date you cancelled your auto-ship subscription.
  2. If you are not an auto-ship customer: Return to us the OmegaXL or OmegaXL Sport (including all empty, partially used, and unopened bottles) no later than 65 days after the date of your first purchase.
  3. In each case, you must pre-pay all return shipping. C.O.D. returns are not accepted. We recommend that you keep the tracking number until you receive your refund, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Failure to comply with this money back guarantee may result in a partial refund or denial of a refund. Additionally, Great HealthWorks reserves the right to refuse, in its sole discretion, returns and refunds under this money back guarantee in case of fraud, abuse of this money back guarantee, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will be in U.S. Dollars and in the amount of the original purchase price charged in U.S. Dollars (less shipping and handling); therefore, if your purchase was made using a non-U.S. method of payment (such as a foreign credit or debit card), please note that the refund amount may vary from the amount originally charged to your non-U.S. method of payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates and any cross-border or international transaction fees imposed by your financial institution or card issuer. These fees, along with any conversion charges applied by your bank, are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed.
