OMEGAXL SPORT PICKLEBALL GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on December 9, 2023 at 10:00AM EST through December 10, 2023 at 6:00PM EST, you (“Entrant”) must follow the following steps:
(i) Attend the National PickleBall Event Expo, scheduled to take place in West Palm Beach, Florida (the “Event”); and
(ii) Follow the OmegaXL Sport Instagram profile (@OmegaXLSport).
No more than one entry per day per person is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to Entrants as soon as possible by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Official Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Sponsor’s control.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Event attendees 18 years of age and older. Employees of Great HealthWorks, Inc. or its affiliated companies/agencies/organizations and their respective parents, subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.
4. DRAWING: Winners (each, a “Winner” and collectively, “Winners”) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and announced that same day on an Instagram post where such winner will be tagged. Winners must report that same day to Sponsor’s booth at the Event to claim their prize and provide Sponsor with an accurate shipping address so that Sponsor may ship the prize to them. Failure to report to Sponsor’s booth at the Event on the day that the Winner is announced shall result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor may select another winner. Winners are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, as Sponsor is not responsible for lost shipments. By participating in this giveaway, Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes the respective Winner’s consent to the use of Winner’s name, image, and likeness, including biographical information, in any marketing material without further compensation or right of approval. This giveaway is in no way sponsored or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media network.
5. PRIZES: The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. Limit one prize per family or household. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.
6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
7. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.omegaxl.com/privacy-policy/. Any personal data collected will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation.
